Hey Mark,

Unfortunately, you might slip outside of their requirements. From what I see in their FAQ section:

“…Reside full-time in any of the 50 United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, England, or Wales (note that other UK countries do not apply at this time).”

It may not hurt to send their support address an email just to double-check as they may make an exception for you since you’re a US citizen merely residing elsewhere (support@outschool.com).
