  1. Day1: I was able to do almost all exercises!
    Day2: my legs hurt 🙁
    Day3: Done! But I still feel the pain lol
    Day4: Done! But the 10th is very hard for me haha
    Day5: Done! For the first time I was able to do the 10th exercise 🙂
    Day6: Done! I feel tired but I guess I am getting used to the exercises
    Day7&8: Weekend, I rested!
    Day9: Too tired 🙁
    Day10: Done!

  2. Yeah butt workouts these were… but felt it more on my thighs! U sure it won’t bulk up my thighs? Coz they feel tight just like how when you do squats

  3. Putting here just to keep track for myself!
    Day 1: Felt the burn at glute bridges, need to learn how to squeeze glutes consistently throughout the rest.
    Day 2: Done, but I forgot to write notes.
    Day 3: Today was really tiring, almost decided to skip this but I'm glad I had self-discipline 🙂
    Day 4: Skipped 2 days cos of exams. Took soo much effort to come back to this 🙁
    Day 5: Skipped a week cos of exams and travels :(( Back at it again today, can't see or feel any changes in my booty (unlike my abs for the 20 day ab workout video), almost damaged my left knee. Going to finish this and keep my fingers crossed!
    Day 6: Done! I can really feel my butt getting firmer, wuhu! Shape-wise, I still don't see much of a change.
    Day 7: Am I supposed to be using my thighs so much for the single leg bridge and plank?
    Day 8: Done! Trying to learn how to avoid putting damaging stress on my left knee, it's been kind of weird.

  4. If you ever have got troubles with cellulite just like me, you may also have encountered using almost every anti-cellulite goods out there however are not really effective. Go surfing and Google for “Tοmkαnα Weebly”. I truly find it quite effective in my situation. The process has undoubtedly lessened the amount of cellulite at my thighs and the stomach too. I am a lot more than delighted with the results. .

  6. When she says "I promise this is going to be worth it", she was absolutely right I added this workout to the end of my regular workouts and I have seen such a huge difference! So have those around me. Thank you from me and my new booty.

    Me: Why am I doing this?
    Also me: you wanna lose weight
    Me: why would I do THIS though. It's so hard
    Also me: that means its working
    Me: ughhhhhhh… But I'm gonna finish anyways

  8. Day1: Done (I didn't do the advance moves lol nor try doing em today cause I already did other workouts too and now I really wanna take a shower)
    Day2: Done (I don't plan on doing the advance moves lol xd)

    Day4: Done (I can actually feel or/and can see some difference but I'm not completely sure..)
    Day5: Done :3
    Day6: Done (I think that you get fast results in this workout, but it also might be the results of the workouts I did before or I just think like that. I'm not doing this workout to show off, I just want to look normal when I'm wearing jeans and pants..)

    Day13: Done, did it two times :3 (I'm finally back home!! Now I hopefully can do always do it once a day or maybe even extra)
    Day14: Done (I MEASURED MY HIPS YESTERDAY AND BRO THEY ARE LARGER. IM DOING THREE WORKOUTS THAT MAINLY FOCUS ON LEGS AND NOW MY HIPS ARE WIDER AND MY THIGH FAT HAS REDUCED AND I HAVE SMALLER THIGHS. I didn't really like the idea of having wider hips since it looked like fat to me, but guysssss I think that this workout is really good. But as I said before, I don't ever plan on showing it off by wearing shorts, or skirts I just don't wanna feel low when I'm around girls and look good enough.)

    Day23: I went to the amusement park with a few friends, I didn't do the workout :/
