  1. Do you struggle w/ cellulite?? It's so important to know that most women do! Hope this workout can help you reduce it. Remember your nutrition is SO key too, ever since I started on the LSF meal plan (ie a healthy whole food eating plan), I've seen mine improve a ton. xoxo Katie

  2. Hey guys! I did this workout for a week straight along with a workout by gabrielle whited and occasional random workouts that are short. I included minimal cardio throughout this week.
    Day 1: i did this and it was quite difficult
    Day 3: guys, I already see an improvement!!! So happy!
    Day 6: my butt has lifted and grown, not to mention my cellulite is almost completely gone!
    Day 7: so proud of myself, definitely would recommend this to everyone!❤❤❤

  3. So here I am, been doing Gymnastics for years, had to ride with my bicycle four times a day (2km distance) to reach school. But I still have that freaking cellullite on my thights. They may not me that bad and visible but it‘s still annoying.

It’s just ironic that she goes on a big long rant about how cellulite is genetic, and is a result of many different things, including diet, that most people even Victoria secret models have cellulite, etc etc… yet we still have a video telling us about the exercises that will target cellulite lol.
