1 Minute Oats – 1/4 Cup
Banana – 1 Medium Ripe
Milk – 1/3 Cup
Dates – 6

***For Dalia/ Whole Wheat Upma***

Whole Wheat Farina (Rava) – 1 Cup
Mixed Vegetables – 1 Cup
Oil – 1 Tbsp
Mustard Seeds – 1/3 Tsp
Split chickpeas – 1 Tsp
Urad Dal – 3/4 Tsp
Cumin Seeds (Jeera) – 1 Tsp
Green Chilli (Peppers) – 3 Split
Curry Leaves – a few
Split Mung Beans (MoongDal) – 1/4 Cup
Onions – Grated – 1/4 Cup
Salt – 2 Tsp
Water – 2 1/2 Cups

  1. It's a wrong diet plane you know 1 date has how many calories and you put 5 to 6
    Breakfast
    And white bread is very bad for health and u use oil and butter and other things its totally wrong
    Biscuits 1 biscuits is equal to 1 roti
    It's not a diet plane

    mange your carbs you take only 800 carbs then you lose your weight

  2. to those who are saying "there is too much bread and rice" in the diet– well starving your system of carb will only make you feel hungry no matter what and you would drop the diet faster than you could blink. Your brain won't function at its best either. Have done the low carb bullshit and lived through fever, and low iron to tell the tale. Depriving yourself of any food group will only make everyone malnourished . So give it a rest. If someone needs still less calorific density, skip some elements here and there but don't restrict macros. ( example maybe skip the cheese, or don't eat 1 cup but half cup rice or replace with roti etc)

  4. are you kidding me? 1 big date contains 60 calories. you are using 6 dates there ..lol…360 Calories just from the dates and the rest of the story πŸ˜€
