Here’s everything you need to know about Dry Brushing, including it’s benefits and how-to, in 90 seconds or less.
Dry Brushing is key in getting rid of dead skin cells, which exfoliates your skin and helps to remove toxins.
Our lymph system is a network of organs, lymph nodes, lymph ducts, and lymph vessels that make and move lymph from tissues to the bloodstream. The lymph system is a major part of the body’s immune system. A lot of it is located right beneath your skin, when you dry brush you help to move that system along.

Steps to Dry Brushing:
-Your skin must be dry, so it’s best to do it before you shower or bathe.
-Always brush in a direction towards your heart, to help with the blood flow.
-Starting at your feet, brush upwards using long, smooth strokes. You can use this process to brush your legs, your arms, your back, your stomach and even under your arms.
-Once your done, just hop in the shower!
Happy brushing!
