I hope mene ye video 1 year pehle dekha hota because in my boarding school electrical appliances were not allowed and morning breakfast was puri poha idli ,all masala ……lunch was – paneer, dal chawal,rajma etc and dinner was just like this too heavy. And I had to eat everything because it was checked by ma'am that weather or not we are having a "balanced diet ". And I always felt sleepy. But soon I'll be out of 12th and will be free to have a simple diet 😂

I have a very fast metabolism no matter how many calories i intake i do not gain weight ( I eat healthy food 6 days a week) and eat junk food once a week or once every two weeks.
Any solutions to gain weight , i'm very skinny. I take around 2k calories a day ( track it through healithify app)
