Actually there's an oil that actually reduces cellulite, obviously it doesn't remove it completely, but it helps a lot! It's called Bio Oil.

I heard fluoride causes cellulite and acne. Probably from Inflammation. I can see how Inflammation causes cellulite

Heel to sky raised, 10-14 reps per leg, 4 sets
Donkey kicks, 10-14 reps per leg, 4 sets
Side leg lifts, 10-14 reps per leg, 4 sets
Fire hydrant kicks, 10-14 reps per leg, 4 sets
Leg circles, 10-14 reps per leg, 4 sets
Foam rolling side thigh, 2 mins per side
Foam rolling hamstrings, 2 mins per side
Foam rolling quads, 2 mins per side

So are home workouts enough? I can't afford to go to the gym, so I've been working out at home with resistence bands and a 4,5 kg paint can as a weight. Am I gonna see results from what I'm doing or would I need to go to the gym to get and maintain a toned lower body?

I personally like mu cellulite. I feel sexier every time I see my dimples and fat pocket (and Im thin and workout daily). I dont know why people think its ugly. I prefer the cellulite pic to the other. Cellulite is more interesting.

Itโs sugar. Cellulite is normal HOWEVER, cellulite is from sugar. I stopped eating sugar all together and in 4 months 99% of the cellulite was gone. Yes, I exercised but only the last 2 months. I saw the difference before I started working out. I still have cellulite on my butt but my butt is BIG. Absolutely no more cellulite on my legs/thighs. Iโll be 43in Sept 2019.
