Who is excited about this Meal Prep video? I AM😍😍 because Meal Prepping has made my life SO MUCH EASIER over the last few years. The last thing we want to do when we get home late from work / school or when we have a busy family life is to spend a lot of time cooking up a healthy dinner. That´s usually the moment when we just grab something unhealthy that will give us instant gratification but won’t make us feel great afterwards.

Meal prepping saves you time, money and you know exactly what’s in your food. 👌 You don’t need to worry about grocery shopping, cooking or cleaning the kitchen and can use all your energy for other things in life. 🙂

In this video, I want to show you how to make healthy eating easier and what I do to have quick healthy meals during the week. Feel free to mix up any of these combinations with your favourite fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds & whole grains.

  2. Great video! One thing : I’d recommend to Never eat shiitake mushrooms RAW. Look up Shiitake Dermatitis. I had it and it was terrible!

  3. This is wonderful. 😊 Thank you, Caroline! I'm reading through your book now and am really trying to implement your recommendations. Sadly, my rural area doesn't have great quality vegetables or fruits. 😣The few organic stuff here is…. wrapped in plastic. 😭 Help me come to terms with this when there is no way to recycle those plastics in my area. Anyone have advice? 😕

    Hopefully, I can move to a better area soon for higher quality foods! 🌱 😊

  4. mushrooms should always be cooked they are not healthy to eat raw. I learned that when I joined the mycological society. mushrooms are my life. but yeah always cook them.

  5. Hey Caroline! I saw before that you use a combination of Carrot Seed Oil & Coco Oil as your sunscreen. Could you please share your ratios, and how often you apply it? I tried it recently and burnedddddd 😅

  6. this is so not quick lol my neck would get tired looking down and chopping so many veggies lol geez. Also, are beans, lentils and quinoa never allowed? I have a hard time getting the bare minimum of 46ish grams of protein with nothing but veggies, even though I love them.

Hi, I'm a mental midget that loves virtue signaling, I myself am pasty white but I love to defend my colored brothers and sisters, oops, I mean people of color, whoopsie almost said it the wrong way, anyway, I know you so videos about food and this will be totally irrelevant for subject at hand, but I gots to ask, whoopsie, I mean, I have got to ask, your complection looks rather dark on the thumbnail but yet you are of fair white color, don't you think that's cultural appropriation to be sooooooooo tan for a….   9. I live in London too but buying this many vegetables really adds up. But I love it so who cares! Especially that £5.99 Natoora kabocha squash! I could subsist on that.

  10. If I wanna lose weight should I cut my calories? I’m eating mostly dates, mangos, pineapples and for dinner cooked green vegetables. It’s around 2500 kcal

  12. You’re very clearly a white woman, but your thumbnail makes it seem like you’re not. Your tanned skin is edited to appear much darker. This is a problem, and it’s so sad that your previllage has blinded you from this.
