3. Nice job! You might also research the Whole 30 diet, watch the “Magic Pill” (rentable from Amazon Prime), then look into (research) the Keto diet. Some have argued to try Carnivore but it seems hard to give up vegetables. Congratulations on your lipo and diet successes.
