Thanks for watching! This video was much longer than I anticipated. Believe it or not I had over 45 minutes of me ranting about my food and nutrients that I cut down to this. I hope you all enjoy and get something out of it!

  1. Do you do steroids? No judgment, just feel that would be pertinent information. Due to the fact that if I try this and do not get the same results as you, I can have that as a factor.

  2. If a video is interesting it could last 2 hrs. So there’s no worries if it’s long. Long is good! I’m starting vegan soon hope it’ll last!

  3. I've gone Vegan for spiritual reasons.I had no problem eating meat or egg.The thing is as you continue the spritual path. You feel connected to everything. And it's a natural consequence. You would feel better generally. But don't label your diet as i'm vegan you are wrong i'm right. To each their own.

  4. Not saying 95g is bad but with your size and weight you should try to get in around 140g of Protein to get the most out of your muscle growth potential. Especially since your are quite lean.
