WHAT I EAT IN A DAY | My Healthy Diet to Look Lean and Muscular
Here is everything I eat in a day to maintain a healthy and balanced diet. This is when I’m being SUPER healthy. Yes, when I go out to eat, I enjoy myself and eat foods like pasta, red meat, pizza, desserts, etc, but I try to mainly stick to the diet on this video. Coachella prep is going well!

A few things I should have probably mentioned in the video: I like to be efficient and spend as little time making food as possible so I can focus on other things like work, friends, etc, that's why I recently started getting meal delivered. Of course I still eat out, and like to enjoy unhealthy food once or twice a week (you gotta live a little), but I try to stick to this diet as much as possible to get the best results.   2. The protein shake in the morning can’t u just change that one to after your morning workout after breakfast then the other shake after dinner instead ?

Your nutritionist does not seem too good… You should not be having vegan protein shakes if you are a male, your estrogen levels will be too high due to the phytoestrogens given off by the plants (especially soy). Normally it is fine to have them a few times a week, but having two huge scoops like that every day, with the protein bar which always have soy… With all those phytoestrogens combined with the others naturally occurring in the other foods, I'm surprised you aren't lactating yet.

  5. Keto is WAY, WAY, WAY better than this way of eating. It's also cheaper which isn't saying much because these food prices in the video are beyond most people's budgets.

  6. Very inspiring Alex. I personally need to visit a nutritionist so knowing your experience helped to motivate me big time. A am about 135lbs however seeking 175lbs.
