What's a "healthy diet" when it comes to MS?

At ECTRIMS 2019, MS Reporter Susanna asks Dr Ruth Dobson a few questions about obesity, diet and MS. Does disability in MS correlate with obesity? What about being underweight in MS? How might diet affect MS long-term? Does an anti-inflammatory diet have a positive effect on MS? And – why is it difficult to get solid evidence that certain diets may help MS?

MS Reporters are people living with Multiple Sclerosis. They’re interviewing world leading experts and making sense of the information they provide.
