  4. I just done this work out and the foam rolling. Loved it. Was kinda sore from the 31 day booty challenge and the rolling out had helped heaps. Love it

  6. I added this on to another workout and Oh my God. That was a tough 5 minutes. Also thanks for the foam roller stretch. I always forget about my foam roller.
