Don’t eat fats don’t eat carbohydrates don’t eat wheat don’t eat dairy
Solution is eat everything but in moderation
Maintain u r body PH …increase calcium., Folic acid , vit D , omega 3 .

Prednisone is often worse than the disease! Refreshing to hear a doctor who realizes you are what you eat!
So tired of seeing "doctors" demonize carbs. Eat sweet potatoes, eat fruits, eat rice, folks. It is good for you. Limit ice cream, candy, cake and table sugar.

I follow such a strict diet for my immune system it doesn’t work I’ve been eating so well for over 3 years
Every “Expert” has their own opinion. They all contradict each other. Some say fat is good, others say it is bad. Some say carbs are good, etc, etc, etc. They are all blindly throwing darts at a wall, while trying to sound like they know what they’re talking about.
Oils are not good
Taken medication for 2 years it has barely improved
