17. I have also just tried the facial cupping this week and also felt like it plumped up my deep wrinkled areas and it just add a healthier glow for a couple days. However, I did not think about the possibility of “hickey’s” and gave myself one under each eye and 3 on my forehead, all with the mini cup. But lesson learned and WOW 🤩 was it worth it! 👍👍👍

26. Hi there! Thank you SO much for your positive info about cupping! I am a licensed massage therapist and use cupping as part of my sessions. I have been using cupping for 7 years now and it is a FANTASTIC modality!! When I took my cupping course we went over facial and cellulite cupping, but I have yet to try it on myself…which is how I found your video (they didn't spend much time on it in class) because I am ready to give it a go!! I have been so focused on pain relief cupping, but now it's time to venture out and offer more to my clients. Thank you for calling them hickies…that's exactly what the marks are. Bruising comes from an injury. The marks happen because there is stagnant blood and/or lymph in the area and the cups bring it to the surface so the body can do what it does with it. As far as what you experienced with the pimple suction…that's fantastic! I have used a cup when I had a boil. Yes, it's gross, but it's also AMAZING! In the words of Shrek, "Better out than in!!!" 32. I think I will just stick to my small vacuum cleaner with the extra suction adapters. It’s easier to use and worked faster

35. I just got the cups today and I tried it on my knee and arm where I was having pain. It seems to help it got a little warm I thing it was helping with circulation which is one reason for pain. Will do my face tonight
