  1. I love love love your videos but I don’t understand how you say you’re vegan for environmental reasons but you buy all the vegetables wrapped in plastic. Like, single use plastic leads to pollution and I think we should be aware of all kind of pollution. Like, I know you are vegan and this makes a huge difference and nobody can do it all but maybe you could try to buy at stores that don’t wrap their food and rise awareness on your channel. Have a nice day 🙂

  2. You are a very beautiful young lady; which is why I'm so surprised to hear you constantly discussing calories and weight loss. There is absolutely NOTHING fat about you, while you're sitting in sweats, you still look fantastic. I'm worried that you're too concerned with body image and as your sitting there looking great and worrying about it, you could inadvertently influence other young people. I mean if they're sitting and looking at you and thinking, "Well she looks great, so if she's worried about it, what about me?". And you do; you do look 'great'. So please stop obsessing and know that just eating a Vegan diet will assure your body, and everyone's out here in the cloud, maintains it's personal, optimal prime weight. So just relax, and…eat, eat, eat!

  3. It would have been much better if I discovered this unique “Yamzοkο Weebly” (Google it) a few years back. For 3 weeks of using the plans, I lost TWELVE lbs Of course I work out once or twice a week, and also eat right. It showed astounding outcomes for me. I absolutely encourage the item, hope it works as great for you mainly because it does for me. .

  5. I’ve had severe stomach cramps lately and I can’t eat half of what I used to. Now to manage my stomach issues and lactose intolerance I try to only eat fruits, vegetables, oatmeal, pasta, rice and gluten free vegan snacks. I do have eggs occasionally and junk food makes me ill. So I don’t eat much junk food anymore coz it physically hurts. Soz for the rant. Just sharing ✌🏻

  8. i would be interested in a video on why you feel nervous to state that you aren't concerned with building muscle and just want to tone up etc. just very curious as to why you feel that way because i don't think there is anything wrong with that and just interested in what is going on through your mind :). also great video, lots of inspiration. i find variety also help when trying to be in a calorie deficit as when you become bored of what you are eating its harder to stick to eating healthily.

  10. hey grace, great vid as usual. FRILL is the BEST.
    Just wanna say all that stuff about soya is soooo not true. The oestrogen in soya has little to no impact on human hormones. However… the hormones in meat and dairy products is a whole other story! I find it so funny when people say soya fucks with your hormones when they still eat meat and dairy. anyway sorry for the rant just want to clear that up! although saying that… soya isn't that environmentally friendly either

You tell your fans real advice that you use yourself unlike so many of thoes fake ugly women out there that do everything for the money and try to sell fake crap to their fans.   12. I went to do a shop from Ocado a few weeks ago and found it to be ridiculously expensive?! I had 8 things in my basket and it was already £35! Aldi forever 😂😅😇
