Fibre is found in things such as wholegrain, peas, beans, fruits and vegetables. One of the best way to get enough fibre is to eat a breakfast cereal high in fibre.
Tip 2: Drink the Right Liquids
Being dehydrated can affect how you think and your mood. You should eat at least ten glasses of water everyday to remain hydrated but it doesn’t all have to be water. It can include skimmed milk, fruit juice, soda water and bottled water. You should only drink low calorie soft drinks and only consume one a day due their affect on teeth.
Don’t overindulge on the alcohol. Women should drink a maximum of three drinks and men four drinks, a day. For every alcoholic drink you have make sure you also drink a glass of water to stay hydrated.
Tip 3: Keep a Diary
If you really want to make change in your life then you need to keep a record. People are very good at forgetting inconvenient truths about their diets and can be somewhat surprised when they are shown a record of their food intake over a day. By keeping a diary you will be able to keep track of what you eat and show you were you need to make changes.
